MaturityHub is a business maturity and compliance self-assessment tool. You must enter only organizational / business information. Do not enter any personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive personal data, or personal data of any individual (for example: customer records, employee personal details, health, financial or biometric data) into any field, note or upload. MaturityHub and ByteKnight Security Private Limited are not responsible or liable for any personal data that you choose to enter, and any such data is entered entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the data you submit.

By using this assessment and providing your contact details, you agree that ByteKnight Security Private Limited may connect with you regarding your assessment and to assist you with implementation, consultancy, advisory, remediation, audit-readiness and related professional services. You may opt out of such communication at any time by contacting us.
Nature of the assessment
The results, scores and reports generated are an indicative self-assessment based on the responses you provide. They do not constitute a formal audit, certification, legal advice or a guarantee of compliance with any standard or regulation. Accuracy of the output depends on the accuracy of your inputs.
1. Acceptance
By ticking the consent box and proceeding with an assessment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of your organization.
2. Permitted data
You agree to input only non-personal business and organizational information. You will not upload or enter any personal data, special-category data, or confidential third-party information without lawful authority. You bear full responsibility and liability for the data you provide.
3. No professional advice
MaturityHub provides automated, framework-based self-assessment outputs for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional audit, certification or legal/regulatory advice.
4. Contact & services
ByteKnight Security Private Limited may use the contact details you provide to reach out regarding your assessment and to offer implementation, consultancy and related services.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaturityHub and ByteKnight Security Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, the outputs generated, or any data (including personal data) that you choose to enter.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
